Evan Rally

Evan Rally

The man in command.

Raised on the plains of the American Midwest, Evan always dreamed of mountains and greener pastures. After nearly a decade in Philadelphia and New York City, he fulfilled that dream with a plane ticket to Thailand.

For reasons he still can’t fully explain, Evan immediately felt at home in Chiang Mai, Thailand, surrounded by the serene calls of exotic birds and the decidedly less serene screech of straight-piped Honda Waves.

Thailand became Evan’s crash course in motorcycling—a thrilling trial-by-fire that started with navigating chaotic city traffic and graduated to narrow, winding mountain roads. His first ride on a proper manual motorcycle was an unforgettable trip to Pai, a nearly three-hour journey of continuous curves on a sportbike. From that moment, he was hooked.

Since that ride, Evan has logged tens of thousands of miles across Thailand, including a north-to-south adventure on his CRF250, and a three-month solo trip across America on a Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. During that U.S. journey, Evan earned the nickname “Sidd,” derived from his Twitter handle, a name that still follows him online.

In Denver, Colorado on his solo trip across America.

Evan believes life is better on the road, and that two wheels are the best way to move both the body and the soul. If you’re here, you probably agree.

Through his work on It’s Better On The Road, Evan shares his passion for motorcycling and the adventures it brings. He can be reached at [email protected].
