Evan Rally

The man in command.

Growing up the plains of the American Midwest, I always longed for mountains and greener pastures. After almost a decade in Philadelphia and New York City, I finally made my wish come true via a plane ticket to Thailand.

For a reason still unknown to me, I immediately felt at home in Chiang Mai, Thailand; surrounded by the serene whooping of exotic birds and the not-so-serene screech of straight-piped Honda Waves.

Thailand was my head-first introduction to motorcycles, a wild trial-by-fire of intense city traffic followed by narrow mountain roads. My first ride on a proper manual motorcycle was a trip to Pai, nearly 3 hours of non-stop curves on a sportbike. I was hooked.

Since that ride I’ve covered tens of thousands of miles around Thailand (including a north to south trip on my CRF250) and a three month solo trip across America on a Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. It’s on that trip across America that I adopted a nickname from my Twitter handle that you might see online: Sidd.

In Denver, Colorado on my solo trip across America.

I believe life is better on the road, and two wheels is the best way to move the body and the soul.

If you’re here, I’m willing to bet you agree. I hope you enjoy what I’m building here on It’s Better On The Road — if you want to reach me, my email is [email protected].
