About Us
At It’s Better On The Road, we help riders make the right gear choices and plan the ultimate motorcycle adventures. Our website and YouTube channel provide in-depth motorcycle gear reviews, travel guides, and expert advice, helping millions of riders navigate the world on two wheels. We also own Ride of Passage, a premium motorcycle tour company that delivers once-in-a-lifetime riding experiences.
We believe that motorcycles are more than machines: they’re tools for freedom, connection, and discovery. Whether riders are searching for the best gear, the best rides, or the best community, we’re here to guide them—because life is better on the road.
How We Work
We are a highly skilled group of entrepreneurs who are building this business to fuel our passion and provide maximum value to the community. We have high standards and want to work with people who enjoy working hard and don’t make the same mistakes twice. We are building a brand and a legacy that will support us and fuel our passion for two wheeled freedom. That will not be easy, but it will be a hell of a lot of fun.

- Systems Focused: We strive to compensate everyone we work with based on value, not time spent ‘working’. That’s why we have a strong focus on building systems that automate away our ‘job’ so we can all do more of what we love, and what we’re uniquely skilled at.
As such we are a fully remote company and we want to empower you to do your best work, whenever and wherever that may be. The trade off is that you must be stick to your word: when you make commitments, you stand by them. We expect the highest quality you’re capable of.
